This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Workshop Health Check, personalized report, AI coaching, dashboard, email programs, and related offer pages at workshopdoctor.com (the "Service").

2. Information We Collect

• Account information: Name, email address, and login credentials
• Health Check responses: Your answers about your workshop, audience, delivery, and business context
• AI conversation content: Messages you exchange with the AI coach after receiving your report
• Offer interest data: Information you provide when registering interest in Studio, starting an Executive application, or responding to related forms
• Phone number and messaging preferences: A mobile number you choose to provide, your SMS opt-in, and whether you prefer WhatsApp — used to contact you about our programs
• Usage analytics: Pages visited, features used, email engagement, and interaction data
• Technical information: Browser type, device information, IP address, time zone, and session data

This includes name, email, Health Check responses, AI conversation content, usage analytics, and related support or interest-form submissions.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Service delivery: To run the Workshop Health Check, generate your personalized report, and deliver AI coaching
• AI processing: Your workshop information may be processed by Anthropic's Claude API to generate your personalized report and coaching responses
• Account management: To create and manage your account and provide customer support
• Email programs: To send pre-report nudges, welcome emails, value engine emails, conversion emails, and mastery or executive interest sequences
• SMS and WhatsApp: If you opt in, to send text or WhatsApp messages confirming your registration or application and sharing updates about program openings and next steps
• Improvement and analytics: To analyze usage patterns and improve the Service
• Legal compliance: To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights

We may use your information to send pre-report nudges, welcome emails, value engine emails, conversion emails, and mastery or executive interest sequences based on your account activity and choices.

4. Information Sharing and Storage

We share information with service providers only as needed to run the Service, support our operations, and comply with law.

• Anthropic: AI processing for reports and coaching responses
• Convex: Secure cloud database powered by Convex for application data and report-related records
• Twilio: Delivery of SMS/text messages (and, where applicable, WhatsApp messages) you have opted in to receive
• Google (Google Analytics): Website usage analytics, only after you accept analytics cookies via our consent banner
• Vercel: Website hosting and privacy-friendly, cookieless traffic analytics
• Other vendors: Hosting, email delivery, and infrastructure providers acting on our behalf

These providers are required to protect your information and use it only to provide services to us. We do not sell your personal information.

We may disclose your information if required by law or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use analytics to understand how visitors use the Service so we can improve it. Analytics are off by default and load only after you accept them through our consent banner. If you decline, no analytics scripts or cookies load.

• Google Analytics (GA4): Measures page views and key steps in your journey — such as starting or completing the Health Check and viewing your report. It runs only with your consent and may set analytics cookies once you accept.
• Vercel Web Analytics: Privacy-friendly, cookieless measurement of page views and referrers. It does not use cookies or identify you.

You can decline analytics at any time from the consent banner, and analytics is never a condition of using the Service. To change a choice you have already made, use the "Manage cookie preferences" link at the bottom of this page to reopen the banner.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information, including secure transmission, access controls, and provider security practices. No system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

7. Your Rights and Choices

You may request access, correction, deletion, and unsubscribe support by contacting us at support@theworkshopdoctor.com.

You can opt out of marketing emails by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. You may still receive transactional communications needed to deliver your report, account access, or support responses.

If you opted in to SMS or WhatsApp messages, you can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Consent to receive text or WhatsApp messages is not a condition of using the Service or of any purchase.

Analytics are off until you accept them. You can decline from the consent banner, and analytics is not a condition of using the Service. 8. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. We may retain certain information for longer periods as required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as preventing fraud, resolving disputes, and maintaining legal records.
